Brad Pitt’s Latest Move Against Angelina Jolie Over Their French Winery — ‘New Documents Filed!’ — A Must‑Read Bombshell!

‘Winery War!’ Brad Pitt TAKES Angelina Jolie TO COURT Over French Winery Sale — You Won’t Believe What’s Inside the New Docs!

The long-running legal battle between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has taken another turn, with the Fight Club star reportedly filing new legal documents in his ongoing case against his ex-wife over their shared Château Miraval winery. According to People, Pitt’s legal team recently submitted fresh evidence and communications related to Jolie’s 2021 sale of her stake in the French vineyard estate, which the former couple co-owned.

The new filings include an exhibit featuring an email dated November 2023, in which Jolie’s attorneys responded to Pitt’s lawsuit—one that reportedly involves claims of millions in damages. In their correspondence, her lawyers wrote, “The burdensome nature of any production is a matter of Mr. Pitt’s own creation—he is suing Ms. Jolie for $35 million in damages. As a result, he has to incur the expense of producing the documents that will show (or not show) those damages.”

Jolie’s team further argued that Pitt is seeking “ongoing damages for alleged harm to Miraval’s ongoing operations,” while continuing to withhold documents that could justify his request for a four-year non-disclosure agreement (NDA) regarding his alleged personal misconduct. This issue has become a central point of contention, with Jolie’s attorneys asserting that Pitt’s demands for confidentiality are excessive and unrelated to the winery’s business operations.

The dispute stems from Pitt’s 2022 lawsuit, in which he accused Jolie of breaching a prior agreement that neither party would sell their share of the winery without the other’s approval. Jolie, however, sold her stake to a subsidiary of the Stoli Group, owned by Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler, leading Pitt to claim that the sale was made “without his consent” and in bad faith.

Recently, Jolie invoked attorney–client privilege to withhold 22 documents that Pitt’s legal team had requested, a move he has described as “improper withholding of information.” In response, Pitt has doubled down on efforts to obtain those documents, maintaining that they are crucial to proving his case.

A hearing in the matter has been scheduled for December 17, marking the latest chapter in the former couple’s protracted legal and financial disputes.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who share six children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox were together for 12 years and married for two before separating in 2016. Their divorce was finalized in December 2024, but the legal battle over Château Miraval continues to keep them entangled in courtrooms nearly a decade later.
