His relaxed demeanor instantly won over fans, many of whom praised his down-to-earth attitude.

Natasha Dalal, known for her understated yet elegant fashion sense, complemented Varun’s casual look with a comfortable and chic ensemble. Together, the couple exuded an easy chemistry, making the brief outing a delightful moment for fans.

Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan has also been giving audiences glimpses into his professional life. The actor recently offered a behind-the-scenes look from the sets of his upcoming film Border 2, sharing a candid moment involving director Anurag Singh. Varun took to Instagram Stories to repost a video originally shared by his fan club, showing Anurag Singh making final adjustments to Varun’s look for an intense scene.

In the video, Anurag Singh can be seen carefully perfecting Varun’s appearance as Major Hoshiar Singh Dahiya, the character he portrays in the film. Captioning the clip, Varun wrote, “My director @anurag_singh_films giving the finishing touches.” The post offered fans a rare glimpse into the detailed preparation that goes into shaping his character.

Border 2 is inspired by real events from the 1971 India-Pakistan war, continuing the legacy of one of Indian cinema’s most iconic war films. The project is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, in association with J.P. Dutta’s J.P. Films. The film is backed by a strong production team including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, and is directed by Anurag Singh.

The original Border, released in 1997, remains a landmark in Hindi cinema. Directed by J.P. Dutta, the film featured an ensemble cast led by Sunny Deol, alongside Jackie Shroff, Suniel Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Puneet Issar, Sudesh Berry, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. The film also starred Tabu, Pooja Bhatt, Rakhee Gulzar, Sharbani Mukherjee, Sapna Bedi, and Rajiv Goswami, and continues to be remembered for its patriotic fervour and powerful storytelling.

Apart from Border 2, Varun Dhawan has another film lined up for release titled “Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.” The romantic entertainer also stars Pooja Hegde and Mrunal Thakur. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on June 5, after being postponed from its earlier release date of April 10, 2026.

Interestingly, the film’s title is believed to be inspired by the popular song “Hai Jawani Toh Pyaar Hona Hai” from David Dhawan’s 1999 hit Biwi No. 1, which starred Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, and Sushmita Sen. The upcoming drama is said to blend light-hearted storytelling with romance and humour. Reports suggest that the narrative revolves around a man who faces repeated rejection in love, only to receive unexpected help from God, leading to a transformative journey.

With personal moments winning hearts and professional projects generating buzz, Varun Dhawan continues to stay firmly in the spotlight.
