Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson are creating buzz beyond the silver screen. After starring together in the upcoming comedy The Naked Gun, the duo has reportedly developed a real-life romance. According to a source close to the production who spoke with PEOPLE, “It’s a budding romance in the early stages. It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.”
Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, are said to be enjoying each other’s company as they promote the film, which releases in theaters on August 1.
Playful Public Appearances
The chemistry between the two was evident during the New York premiere on July 28, where they posed alongside their children—Anderson with sons Brandon (29) and Dylan (27), and Neeson with Micheál (30) and Daniel (28). At the London premiere on July 22, Anderson affectionately kissed Neeson on the cheek.
Their flirtation continued during a Today show appearance on July 29, where they jokingly pretended to be caught making out on live TV, entertaining fans and fueling speculation about their relationship.
Mutual Praise and Deep Bond
Neeson has publicly praised Anderson, telling PEOPLE in 2024, “I’m madly in love with her… She’s just terrific to work with.” Anderson echoed his sentiments, calling him “the perfect gentleman” who brings “respect, kindness, and depth” to every interaction.
In Entertainment Weekly, Anderson described their bond as “very loving” and based on shared passions like literature and humor. She shared they enjoyed romantic dinners—with their assistants—to maintain a “professionally romantic” dynamic during filming.
