The poem touched on themes of vulnerability, emotional exhaustion, insomnia, and depression. “I wore my heart on my sleeves, now I have blood-soaked t-shirts… I was crying out for help, I couldn’t stifle my expression,” he wrote, offering a rare and honest glimpse into his mental health journey.
