There’s truly no one like Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry. A social media sensation and a red carpet regular, Orry continues to grab headlines with his eccentric fashion choices and bold personality. Whether he’s posting reels or attending events, his presence is always unforgettable — and his recent appearance was no exception.
On Monday, September 22, Orry made a stylish splash at the Mumbai premiere of Homebound, starring Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, and Vishal Jethwa. Known for turning every outing into a fashion moment, he walked the red carpet in a beige vest paired with brown pants, a classy watch, and color-coordinated sneakers. But what truly stole the show was his accessory a Louis Vuitton lobster-shaped bag. The quirky, dual-toned designer piece perfectly complemented his outfit and immediately became the most talked-about element of the evening.
In a video shared on Instagram, Orry is seen flashing his trademark smile while posing for the paparazzi, confidently holding up the lobster bag to make sure it got the attention it deserved. After greeting a few friends and striking poses, he made his way into the venue to support his friends at the screening.
The premiere was a star-studded affair with the who’s who of Bollywood in attendance from Vicky Kaushal and Malaika Arora to Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan, and Arjun Kapoor. Homebound, co-produced by Karan Johar and featuring legendary filmmaker Martin Scorsese as executive producer, has already created a buzz by being selected as India’s official entry for the 2026 Academy Awards. Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, the film tells a powerful story about two marginalized youths who navigate caste, religion, and systemic discrimination as they chase their dream of joining the police force. The film is slated for theatrical release on September 26.
Beyond fashion and red carpets, Orry is now turning a new page online. On the same day, he shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, announcing his decision to share a more “raw and real” version of his life. Acknowledging how curated content can negatively affect mental health, he wrote, “I’ve decided to start sharing a less polished, more authentic version of myself not just the highlights and sparkles, but the raw and human moments too.”
Orry may be flamboyant, but his commitment to authenticity proves he’s more than just a fashion icon.
