Kanchana 4 is Coming! Raghava Lawrence, Pooja Hegde, and Nora Fatehi to Star in the Most Anticipated Horror-Comedy Sequel

The iconic Kanchana franchise, led by actor-director Raghava Lawrence, is all set to return with its fifth installment, Kanchana 4. The makers have officially confirmed that Pooja Hegde and Nora Fatehi will play the female leads in this eagerly awaited horror-comedy.
Announcing the project on social media, the production team wrote, “Even in your deepest fear, she comes to tie up and faint you with her beauty. Welcome on board, the stunning diva Pooja Hegde to Kanchana 4! A heaven awaits you.” This marks Pooja Hegde’s debut in the Kanchana universe and her first collaboration with Lawrence, who is known for blending supernatural horror with humor and emotion in his storytelling.

Joining her is Nora Fatehi, who will play a key role in the film. Her inclusion adds glamour and intensity to the project, and fans are already buzzing about her entry into Tamil cinema. Both actresses are expected to bring a fresh dynamic to the long-running franchise.
Directed by Raghava Lawrence himself, Kanchana 4 continues the legacy that began with Muni (2007), followed by Kanchana (2011), Kanchana 2 (2015), and Kanchana 3 (2019). Each film introduced a new supernatural tale with Lawrence as the constant lead, earning massive box office success and a loyal fan following across South India.

Meanwhile, Lawrence is also working on Benz, a vigilante action thriller that is part of the Lokesh Kanagaraj Cinematic Universe (LCU), featuring Nivin Pauly and Samyuktha.

Pooja Hegde will next be seen in Jana Nayagan opposite Thalapathy Vijay and in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai alongside Varun Dhawan. Nora Fatehi, on the other hand, awaits the release of KD: The Devil with Dhruva Sarja and Sanjay Dutt.
With its powerful cast and proven formula, Kanchana 4 is poised to be one of Tamil cinema’s biggest blockbusters of 2026.
