Late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala is set to return to the stage in a completely new format. The singer will appear as a 3D hologram during his first ever hologram concert, titled Signed To God World Tour. The tour will begin in Canada, with its first show scheduled at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on October 8, 2026.
The concert will use a 3D holographic image of Moosewala along with his original vocals. The show will combine technology, cinematic visuals and stage effects to create the experience of watching the late singer perform on stage again. The Toronto event will also include the unveiling of the much awaited music video for his popular track 295.
The hologram concert was first announced in July 2025 as a tribute to Moosewala and his contribution to Punjabi music. The announcement revealed plans to use advanced technology to recreate the singer’s presence for audiences. The upcoming Toronto event will now bring that concept to life.
Moosewala had a huge following in India as well as countries including Canada, the UK, the US and Australia. His songs became especially popular among young audiences, and his music has continued to attract millions of views even after his death.
Apart from music, Moosewala also entered politics. He contested the Punjab Assembly elections in 2022 from Mansa on a Congress ticket but did not win the election.
The singer was killed on May 29, 2022. He was shot by assailants while travelling in his car in Jawaharke village of Mansa district. Although he was taken to a hospital after the attack, he died before receiving medical treatment.
After his death, Moosewala’s parents continued to seek justice for their son. His musical legacy has also remained active through several posthumous releases. One such music video prominently featured a flag carrying the message “Justice for Sidhu Moosewala”.
The upcoming hologram concert will allow fans to experience Moosewala’s original vocals and a digitally recreated version of his stage presence. The first show in Toronto will mark the beginning of the Signed To God World Tour, with further details about the tour expected to be announced later.
