Abundantia Entertainment has announced a collaboration with Select Media for a new devotional feature film titled ‘Haare Ka Sahara, Baba Khatu Shyam Hamara’. The film is based on the widely known story of Shri Khatu Shyam Ji, who is also lovingly called Shyam Baba by his devotees. The makers have confirmed that the film is planned for a theatrical release in 2027. The story will focus on themes of faith, sacrifice and hope while exploring the spiritual journey connected with Khatu Shyam Baba.
The film will tell the story of Barbarik, the brave warrior associated with the Mahabharata. According to the traditional story connected with Khatu Shyam Baba, Barbarik was granted eternal life by Lord Krishna and later came to be worshipped as Khatu Shyam Baba.
